Chris is too kind - another feature on Static Instants! And yes, I know exactly what this room was. It was part of the laboratory over at Eastern State Penitentiary. This area of the prison is inaccessible through the regular tours. I was able to photograph it during a special hard hat tour. To see the rest of the images from that set go here. My recent jaunt into Eastern State Pen to celebrate Obscura Day was noticed, and featured on the Atlas Obscura blog!  As an urban explorer this is one of my favorite blogs.  It showcases some of the most interesting places all over the globe.
